The 488g is a unique and charismatic mixture of several well known classics, the derby, the hiker, the deck shoe & the work boot. With its low slung and chunky silhouette it seems almost glued to the ground.

Brass vents ensuring a great patina over time. Fully leather lined with expanded rubber foam insole for unrivaled comfort and breathability.

In AW12 some styles come with heavy duty lacing rollers at the bottom and moulded hooks at the top, some with hand-punched brogue details or white stitching.

All styles resting on an 18mm, bottom stitched, pure rubber outsole with inverted lug pattern for serious grip.
